The PR description says it is adding reviewer teams, but for the dotnet-msbuild paths these entries replace the previous individual owners entirely. If the intent is to add a reviewer team while keeping existing owners, include the previous owners here as well; otherwise please update the PR description to reflect that ownership is being reassigned.
