Microsoft-to-source-build SDK comparison test should output a new baseline to build artifacts

After running the diff for .NET 7.0, the difference between the new baseline and the old baseline are very large. It's impractical to update the baseline manually, so a new baseline should be written to the build artifacts to facilitate easier updates.
