Microsoft.Data.Analysis.DataFrame is getting a new preview release. Check compat against dotnet spark

Just creating an issue here for myself. I need to:

1. Test the current daily build against the existing unit tests to make everything passes.
2. Once a new preview is released, redo 1 with the new nuget package

I don't have permissions in the repo, so whoever does, please assign this to me. Thanks!
