Changes for folder structure for dotnet try template

Right now the TutorialTemplate, includes the has the folder structure where the markdown files and the source files are present in the root.

It would be great if we can have a folder structure where the markdown files and the source files are present in different folders.

Something like

| MyTutorial
        | Readme.md (opens by default when you do `dotnet try` and points to files in the documentation folder)
         | Documentation
                 | GettingStarted.md
         | Source 
                  | Program.cs
                  | Tutorial.csproj

dotnet/try-samples#39 shows one possible structure. I was thinking the following:

• The readme.md in the root folder is a good landing page for potential readers. It's also the default page to load when someone types dotnet try in the root folder for the tutorial.
• Separating the code and markdown makes it easier to work in Visual Studio for code and VS Code for markdown.
• While testing someone can use dotnet try --uri docs/lesson.md to load a single single.

@BillWagner The suggested template makes a lot of sense . Having a Readme.md that just acts as a starter and points to the files in the docs folder is a really nice idea.
