"Duplicated" errors & warnings

Steps to reproduce

• Write a code that cause an error/warning.

Expected behavior

• Don't duplicate (quintuplicate ? (and increasing...)) the errors/warning.

Actual behavior

• (duplicating, triplicating and increasing....) the errors/warnings.

By typing > omniSharp: restart (Restarting the OmniSharp project)
