‘Dotnet new‘ shows WPF template for VB only

Steps to reproduce

Using CLI:

1. Run dotnet new help

dotnet new -h

Expected behavior

Template for C# is included

Actual behavior

Environment data

dotnet --info output:
CLI\SDK: 3.0.100-preview7-012422 (runtime-3.0.0-preview7-27816-02)

It does look related to that change. All other template identities I've seen have been unique.

It does look like the template engine stores the templates in the cache by identity, thus only one entry is made for WPF projects:
