bug(Collapse): Glitching accordion

Describe the bug

When I collapse panels back and forth they start to glitch.

Expected Behavior

No glitching.

Interactive render mode

Interactive Server (Interactive server-side rendering (interactive SSR) using Blazor Server)

Steps To Reproduce

The bug is visible at https://www.blazor.zone/collapse#Accordion.

1. Open first panel "Consistency"
2. Open second panel "Feedback"
3. Again open first panel, it opens, then closes for a split of a second and then again opens. The panel is also not highlighted with blue color.
