jetstream .* wildcard topic

Nats Jetstream use “.” as a separator, but is replaced by "_" by the cap driver, and jetstream XXX.* wildcard cannot be used.

sample.console.showtime -> sample_console_showtime

Since different streams cannot be bound to the same subject, it is currently adjusted to use dot prefix characters as stream names. And provides NormalizeStreamName as a configuration item in NatsOptions
