AnyHarness v3 is skill-first. Installing the plugin does not install Git hooks, CI gates, or modify a repository by itself. Repository writes happen only when the user asks AnyHarness to generate native prompt surfaces or enable local enforcement.

Report security issues privately to the maintainers before public disclosure.
