Game updates

I was wondering if it could be added to where a game update/dlc pkg if installed on top of a shadowmount (the game icon after mounted on home screen) could be mounted and read on top of game file? Example; shadowmounted game shows 1GB space used on console storage, then update/dlc pkg installed via pkg installer. Re check game icon info and it shows dlcs installed and or the update, and size has increased alot (hense files installed), but when game lauched...nothing updated and no dlc (same state as original shadow mount before installed update/dlc). Be cool if doable. Thanks again for work that has been done.
