Add Assamese (as) language support to DrawDB

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
DrawDB supports many languages, but Assamese (as) is currently missing.
Assamese-speaking users cannot use the application in their native language, which reduces accessibility and localization coverage.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add full Assamese language support to the i18n system.
This includes:

Adding a new as.js locale file

Registering Assamese in i18n.js

Ensuring it appears in the language selector

I am willing to contribute the full translation.
