This PR adds initial support for the Sanskrit (sa) language.
What’s included:
Created a new locale file (sa.js) with Sanskrit metadata (“संस्कृतम्”).
Registered the language inside the i18n configuration.
Translated main UI elements such as File, Edit, View, and other common actions.
Kept English fallbacks for strings that are not yet translated to ensure the UI stays functional.
Testing:

Verified locally that choosing Sanskrit updates the UI text correctly.
Confirmed the application builds successfully.
