• docs/guides/ consolidation: Removed 3 redundant files (docstring-extraction.md, configuration-changelog.md, migration-v0.6.md). Moved 3 internal files to docs/internal/. Guide count reduced from 14 to 8.
• Makefile: Added docs review reminder to pre-release-check.
