• Enriched overview/navigation README_AI.md: Overview and navigation level READMEs now show aggregated file/symbol counts from child modules instead of zeros. Module descriptions show structured info (e.g., "42 files | 313 symbols | classes: Config, Door...") instead of "Module directory". Overview level includes a Key Components table surfacing top class/function symbols across the project.
• 2-level directory tree in overview: Module Structure tree now expands one level deeper, showing subdirectories of each top-level module (capped at 15 per module). Provides better architecture visibility for AI agents.
• Real project validation framework: scripts/validate_real_projects.py with 3-layer validation (L1 functional, L2 quality+AI, L3 experience). Includes baseline comparison, regression detection, and make validate-* targets.
