textButton에 아이콘을 넣었을때 스타일링 처리가 안되어있어서 추가했어요!/techComponent페이지에 임시로 컴포넌트들 렌더링해놨습니다~ (기능개발후 마지막 머지때 삭제할께요!)pages/techblog/components/techSubComponents.tsx는 시맨틱 태그로 수정한것과 , props명이 애매한것 같아 그냥 className을 받도록 설정해놨어요!
