Also, unified `DREVOPS_<PREFIX>_SSH_FILE` variable name accross scripts. Renamed `DREVOPS_DB_DOWNLOAD_SSH_KEY_FILE` to `DREVOPS_DB_DOWNLOAD_SSH_FILE`. Updated `drevops/ci-runner` to `24.3.0`.
