Added a CLI to simplify Neo4j setup and management:

code-graph-context init      # Set up Neo4j container
code-graph-context status    # Check Docker/Neo4j status
code-graph-context stop      # Stop Neo4j container

Auto-Start Neo4j

The MCP server now automatically starts Neo4j on boot if Docker is available. No more manual container management!

• code-graph-context init - Creates and starts Neo4j container with APOC plugin
• code-graph-context status - Shows Docker/Neo4j/APOC status
• code-graph-context stop - Stops the Neo4j container
• Auto-start - Neo4j starts automatically when MCP server boots
• Clear errors - Helpful error messages when Docker/Neo4j unavailable
• API key warning - Warns if OPENAI_API_KEY not configured

Init Options

-p, --port <port>       Bolt port (default: 7687)
--http-port <port>      Browser port (default: 7474)
--password <password>   Neo4j password (default: PASSWORD)
-m, --memory <size>     Heap memory (default: 2G)
-f, --force             Recreate container

Installation

npm install -g code-graph-context
code-graph-context init
claude mcp add code-graph-context code-graph-context
