MIDI: document GM.DLS wavetable mode + bank loading
Add the fifth MIDI mode (GM.DLS Wavetable) across the MIDI and Audio pages
(EN+RU): overview, menu tree, options/modes tables, Config::midi 0-4, status
line. New section on loading the instrument bank — pack gm.dls→gm_bank.bin at
31250 Hz with tools/dls_pack.py, copy to SD, install to flash at boot, reinstall
flow, and the Microsoft gm.dls redistribution caveat.

Audio + Network tables: show multi-value enums as vertical lists
Replace inline '·' / '/' separators in the Values column with <br> line
breaks so each enum value (turbosound, covox, soundrive, midi, midipreset,
gs_clock, audio_driver, AudBoost, ayConfig; wifi.cfg baud/net_proto/last_loc/
autoconnect) sits on its own line. EN+RU.

Audio + Network: turn persisted-settings prose into value tables
- Audio (EN+RU): NVS-saved audio settings as a table (NVS key / values /
default) for AY48, ayConfig, turbosound, covox, soundrive, SAA1099, midi,
midipreset, gs_enabled, gs_clock, audio_driver, AudBoost, AudVolume —
values + defaults verified against Config.cpp + messages.h.
- Network (EN+RU): wifi.cfg key list as a table (key / meaning / values).

Fix FPGA48all.tap: it is a 48K ULA test, not an SAA1099 test
Port #01FE (A0=0) is the ULA port, not SAA1099 — the original label was
wrong. Remove it from the Audio how-to-test tables (EN+RU) and reclassify
it under Video > ULA (48K) in Test-Images (EN+RU).
