Update ALF cartridge docs: lazy SD streaming instead of flash write

Replace stubs with full pages drafted from the actual menus/handlers in
messages.h, OSDMain.cpp, Config.* and CLAUDE.md, matching the Storage/
Network page style (menu-path header, overview, menu tree, options tables,
per-board gating, how-to-test, links). Highlights:
- Audio: AY/TurboSound/Covox/SounDrive/SAA1099/MIDI/General Sound/driver.
- Video: modes (reboot-to-apply), aspect, scanlines, gigascreen/ULA+/Timex.
- Machine: model list + per-arch ROM sets, Profi/Murmuzavr/ALF gating.
- Reset: per-machine reset targets, F11/Alt+F11/F12, NMI Magic Button.
- Options + Other: full toggle tables w/ source-verified defaults.
- Hardware: info dialogs, Speed Test, Overclock (board-gated).
- Boards: full per-board GPIO maps + conflicts from CLAUDE.md.
- MIDI: modes/presets + per-board MIDI_TX pins (PICO_DV bug noted).
- PCM5122-DAC: flagged build-time opt-in (commented out on main).
- Debug: runtime Debug menu vs dev logging / *_TRACE build options.
