Move the Sentra Prompt wiki here from the Monorepo-safrs wiki 46 pages written by Factory for the prompt capsule (synced 2026-09-23 to the Monorepo wiki by mistake), copied unchanged except that the capsule prefix projects/internal/prompt/ is dropped so every path is relative to this repository.
