Add documentation for the new LLM providers in the mycoder-docs project. Create a 'providers' section with documentation for Anthropic, OpenAI, and Ollama providers, including setup instructions and example configuration files. Each provider should have its own documentation page with specific setup instructions. The Ollama documentation should mention that the model must support tool calling, with 'medragondot/Sky-T1-32B-Preview:latest' as a recommended model.
