Copy the model from droid-php/droid

The following changes were made, but otherwise this is a straightforward
copy:-

- Organise the model into appropriate namespaces and add some sanity
  tests for assurance that the changesare sane.
- SynchroniserPhar no longer depends on Droid/Application to get the
  name of the Droid (phar) binary.
