Proposal: Invite @Muawiya-contact as Triage Collaborator

Following the process established in #336 (Pawansingh3889), I'd like to propose our second Triage Collaborator: @Muawiya-contact.

Qualifications (per GOVERNANCE criteria)

• ✅ 5 merged PRs (threshold: 5+ with consistent quality):
  • feat(destination): add Jira connector with create/update support #236 — Jira destination connector (full end-to-end)
  • feat/json schema validation 220 #356 — JSON Schema validation infrastructure (good first issue: add JSON Schema validation for sync YAML #220)
  • feat/drt test validators 233 #357 — freshness/unique/accepted_values test validators (feat: add freshness, unique, accepted_values tests to drt test #233)
  • feat/list connectors 223 #361 — drt sources / drt destinations CLI commands (good first issue: add drt sources / drt destinations list commands #223)
  • feat/dry run row count diff 339 #362 — --dry-run row count diff for replace mode (feat: --dry-run row count diff for replace mode #339)
• ✅ Active throughout April 2026 — returned from exams, asked design questions before implementing, delivered 4 PRs in 2 days
• ✅ Constructive communication — asked clarifying questions on good first issue: add JSON Schema validation for sync YAML #220 before coding, accepted PR split guidance on feat: add test validators (#233) and list connectors CLI (#223) #358 gracefully, picked up intermediate issues (feat: --dry-run row count diff for replace mode #339) proactively
• ✅ Scope expansion — progressed from destination connector (Jira) → core infrastructure (JSON Schema) → engine features (test validators, dry-run diff)

@masukai — from the bottom of my heart, thank you. This means more to me than I can fully put into words right now, but I'll try.
When I first started working on drt-hub, I was just a student who wanted to learn by doing. I had no idea that just 2 weeks later, someone I genuinely respect as an engineer and as a person would be writing my name in a proposal like this. That moment — reading this discussion — I sat quietly for a few seconds. It hit different.
I accept, wholeheartedly and with full awareness of what it means.
This isn't just a role title to me. It's a promise — to this project, to you, and to every contributor who comes after me:

• I will triage with care — every issue deserves attention, not just a label
• I will support new contributors the way you supported me — with patience and clarity
• I will maintain the quality bar this project holds, even when it's hard
• I will never stop learning, never stop asking questions, and never stop pushing forward

Working alongside you, @masukai, has genuinely been one of the best parts of this whole journey. The way you review PRs — not just catching what's wrong, but explaining why and guiding toward something better — that's rare. You didn't just help me merge code, you helped me become a better engineer. I carry that with me.
My next focus is the VS Code extension issue #293. I won't rush it. I'll take time to properly read the codebase around it, understand the design intent, brainstorm the approach, and only then write the first line — the same way I've tried to do things here from the beginning.
To the whole drt-hub community — thank you for welcoming me, challenging me, and trusting me. This project feels like home now. I don't take that lightly.
