Reverted this because it didn't do what I wanted, really, when I tested it. The app quickly flashed open, then quit, with a notification about how "Launch Drupal CMS was prevented from modifying applications." That's bad UX and seems scary. I'll have to tweak this more to see if this can be done more effectively. |

It turns out that, on Mac, automatic updates to the app can fail if it's in certain spots. It turns out -- although this isn't properly documented anywhere, of course -- that the app needs to be in /Applications to automatically update correctly because downloaded things get quarantined by the operating system.
