v1.4.1
This release is essentially identical in functionality to 1.4.0 with two differences:
- All angle/rotation computation machinery has been offloaded to its own package: https://angutils.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
- Python 3.13 is formally supported and binary wheels will be built for Python 3.10 - 3.13.
