Add Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translation of the wiki All 14 pages get a zh_CN sibling ({Page}.zh_CN.md) -- zh_CN being the code the app's language picker and gramps-core both use -- stamped with scripts/sync-wiki-translations.py (gramps-connect repo), with English heading anchors, same-language links, and cross-link banners on every page. Record-type and view names follow gramps-core's own zh_CN.po (成员, 摘录, 文库, 主人翁, ...) so the wiki matches what the app shows; each paragraph is one line so GitHub doesn't insert spaces between characters.
