Add Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translation of the wiki All 14 pages get a zh_CN sibling ({Page}.zh_CN.md) -- zh_CN being the code the app's language picker and gramps-core both use -- stamped with scripts/sync-wiki-translations.py (gramps-connect repo), with English heading anchors, same-language links, and cross-link banners on every page. Record-type and view names follow gramps-core's own zh_CN.po (成员, 摘录, 文库, 主人翁, ...) so the wiki matches what the app shows; each paragraph is one line so GitHub doesn't insert spaces between characters. Translated pages link to same-language pages Links in a translated page's body now point at that language's version of the target page (Installing.es, Architecture.es#live-sync) whenever one exists, so GitHub readers stay in their language instead of being dropped back into English on every click. Generated by the new `links` step of scripts/sync-wiki-translations.py (gramps-connect repo); the in-app Documentation viewer strips the suffix and resolves the language itself. Add Spanish translation; English heading anchors in all translations All 14 pages get a Spanish sibling ({Page}.es.md), stamped with scripts/sync-wiki-translations.py (see gramps-connect repo) and cross-linked alongside the German and French translations. Terminology pulled from Gramps' own es.po and app/public/lang/es.json, same as the earlier passes. Overview's coverage note (en/de/fr) now mentions Spanish. Every translated heading also carries an explicit <a id="english-slug"> anchor, generated by the script's new `anchors` step, so links written against English headings (Overview#speed, same-page #tls) land on the right section of every translation -- on GitHub and in the in-app Documentation viewer.
