Changes

• feat: use .json extension instead of .exe-plugin for process plugin manifest file
• feat: add new "kind" property to json plugin manifest file
• fix: more resilient process plugin manifest schema version errors

Process plugins now use a manifest file with a .json extension (see #521). The old .exe-plugin extension will be supported until the summer, but if you want to upgrade to the latest process plugins then you will also need to upgrade to at least this dprint version.
