This section outlines the flows/pages which the users can engage in.

Students flows

1. Courses

Courses Page

• Courses listed (horizontal scroll + infinite load)

  • Own courses
    • Quick actions: Leave course, See details
  • All courses (per category)
    • Quick actions: Enrol in course

• Can filter by category + Search

• Course Details Page

  • Name
  • Description
  • Image (opt)
  • Assigned Professor + Assistant (opt)

2. Exams

Exams Page

• List of last (max) 3 ongoing exams
• List of completed exams
• Charts section
  • Select course dropdown (default ALL courses)
  • Grades trend chart (X - exam timestamp, Y - exam grade)
    • 1 line : 1 course
  • Durations trend chart (X - exam timestamp, Y - exam duration)
    • Only show when 1 course is selected
    • 1 bar : 1 exam

3. Profile

Profile Management

• Avatar upload
• Name change
• Bio change
• Password reset
• Delete profile

Professors flows

1. Courses CRUD

My Courses Page

• List of own courses (paginated) + role (professor/assistant)

  • Quick actions: Delete (only for professors), Edit (modal)

• Create Course button (only for professors)

• Course Details Page

  • Course details (name, description, role etc.)
  • List enrolled students
    • Quick actions: Remove student (only for professors)
  • Trend charts
    • Average grades per school year (X - school year, Y - average grade)
    • Current school year average exam results (X - exam, Y - average exam grade)
  • Actions: Delete (only for professors), Edit (modal)
  • Create Exam button
