Add Product setup (DDKEclipse.setup) and Project setup (DDK.setup) for provisioning an Eclipse IDE with all dependencies needed to develop dsl-devkit: PDE, Xtext 2.42, Xtend, EMF, MWE2, LSP4J, M2E, EGit, and SWTBot for testing. Includes working set definitions for all DDK module groups and standard editor preferences (spaces for tabs, tab width 2). Closes dsldevkit#208.
