This repo previously contained the full original Windows 10 IoT Core project, as well as the newer app based on .Net core targeting Linux on a Raspberry Pi. As Microsoft has seemingly given up on IoT Core, and the newer app covers all features of the prior app (and then some), there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to keep it around. This PR removes the older app from this repo.
