[Bug]: UI doesn't show `Resources` for instances of SSH fleets

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an SSH fleet
2. Open UI, click the fleet, and click its instance

Actual behaviour

1. The Resources column is empty

Expected behaviour

1. The Resources column shows the resources as it does for cloud fleets
