[Bug]: Incorrect pull progress with recent Docker versions

Steps to reproduce

Run the configuration:

type: dev-environment
nvcc: true
backends: [aws]
resources:
  gpu: 1

Actual behaviour

• The total pull size decreases instead of increasing.
• The extracted size never goes above 0.
• At some point, the total size and the downloaded size drop to 0.

Expected behaviour

All three pull sizes grow consistently and reflect reality.

Additional information

Probably depends on the Docker daemon version. Can reproduce with 29.5.2. Cannot reproduce with 27.1.1.
