Projection and 3D: the meshes and the brain surface, in six figures The page described three renderings and stopped there, so the two controls that draw the atlas as shapes rather than sections went unmentioned. Meshes now has its own section: where the 20 MB volumes file comes from and what happens when the page is opened from disk, which mesh a selection, a shared region, a division or a filter draws, and the label cloud standing down. Surface, Opacity and Color get a worked figure apiece. Two things a reader would otherwise hit by surprise are said outright: Half cuts the meshes and the shell, the Plates slab clips only the tissue; and Surface is the one 3-D setting a link does not carry. What these views are not gains the mesh caveats -- six planes in seven are arithmetic, and 264 of the 697 are hulls rather than shapes. Correcting a Region: four worked corrections, one per cause
Correcting a Region: the page the fixer's Guide button has been pointing at The Guide button in fixer.html, its help text, and tools/README.md have all linked to this page since the fixer shipped, and it was never written -- so the button landed on the wiki's "Create new page" screen. What it covers: what a correction corrects and the three inputs a wrong region comes from; opening the fixer from the published page, a clone, a phone, or MATLAB; the five tools and their keys; the four causes and how each looks under Pick; Inspect, Recut and QC image, and why they are off on the published page; Commit, the token, and the dry run; and what the Apply correction workflow does with the branch afterwards. Listed in the sidebar and on Home under a new Contributing heading.
Add the user guide: seventeen pages, a sidebar and a footer The wiki was a single landing page repeating the README, and a stale one -- it still described a 6.3 MB file of 62 plate images and linked a README anchor that no longer exists. This replaces it with a guide to using the tool: a page per part of the interface, task-shaped Recipes, and the caveats gathered in one place instead of scattered through the feature list. Home becomes an index with a two-minute quick start; _Sidebar gives every page the same navigation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
@ Replace wiki stub with brief landing page Adds a prominent link to the hosted explorer, the Radtke-Schuller et al. (2016) atlas citation, and pointers to the data files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> @
