Blackfin Asterisk modified for Wideband Audio

Introduction

This work is concentrating on

1. Porting the Zaptel drivers to DAHDI (complete)


2. Writing a driver for Si3216 (complete)


3. Update wcfxs driver to handle wideband (complete)


4. Updated dahdi base drivers to handle SLIN and SLIN 16 (in progress)


5. Updated Asterisk dahdi channel interface to always switch to SLIN and SLIN16 (in progress)
