[FEATURE] Use anonymous telemetry #12

Is your feature request related to a problem you're facing?
For the maintainer(s) of dockershrink (me!), there is currently 0 visibility into how the tool is actually performing for users.
I have no info about unexpected crashes, no stats on how many times they occur, etc.
Most people will simply abandon using the tool rather than reporting issues, so we must be proactive in figuring out these pain points and fixing them for better UX.
Describe the solution you'd like
Anonymous telemetry that can provide more insights into performance of the tool.
This telemetry will strictly not include any personally identifiable information or user data.
User has the option to disable telemetry by specifying an environment variable or cli flag
Optionally describe alternatives you've considered
Talk to people, get their feedback, fix issues, repeat.
