Ortopo converts library orders from Proquest or Decitre (csv format) to an XLSX spreadsheet that can be uploarded to the Ecolint finance software. Language is PHP. XLSX conversion is based on PHP_XLSXWriter (https://github.com/mk-j/PHP_XLSXWriter)
