Patch release on 1.7.0:

  - Renamed Docs button: 'Run readiness check' -> 'Run CI readiness gate'
  - Renamed Validation panel action: 'Rerun' -> 'Rerun gate'
  - Cross-referencing tooltips/descriptions so the two surfaces explain
    each other in plain English instead of looking like duplicates.
  - Fixed DictionaryPanel TypeError when opened on conceptual files
    (object-shape relationship endpoints crashed the string-only filter).
