Integrate firetiger-oss/go-duckfs into duckdb/duckdb-go

Hello!

I'm the maintainer of https://github.com/firetiger-oss/go-duckfs, and I wanted to start a discussion about integrating the project into duckdb-go.

The package allows Go applications to mount a standard fs.FS file system as VFS on DuckDB.

I am actively maintaining it, but the main request I get is to upstream the changes to duckdb-go so the feature is natively supported.

To my understanding, the blocker right now is on the DuckDB C API, which doesn't yet have support for VFS (I had to interface with the C++ types to make it work), hence why I'm starting this discussion.

Let me know how you're thinking about this, and who I should be working with to close the gaps and merge go-duckfs in duckdb-go!
