n this one we are loosing the formatting on the number of pieces per envelope. If you look at the original it explains that and in this format those numbers make no sense.
So we need to keep the formatting or make it understandable, if that's not possible we will need to remove it's not confusing.

We could keep the "total records" stuff since that is readable.

Also on all emails I want to eliminate "Sebis direct" we can either delete it or replace it with "AlexEnt Inc."
