The pass-percentage feature was merged in PR dvsa#76 but the dist/index.js was not rebuilt, causing the feature to not work at runtime. This commit rebuilds the dist files to include the pass-percentage functionality that checks if test pass rate meets the threshold. Fixes VOL-6455
