feat: add initial help output and improve CLI usage errors

This PR:

• Adds an initial help output, with gimmegit -h or gimmegit --help
• Adds a version output, with gimmegit --version
• Refactors the CLI logic for better separation between different usages
• Better CLI usage errors, to help avoid mixing up the different usages
