PWA does not work on deployed on Fly.io

Related to timestamped assets vs non-timestamped ??? => Vite Workbox config...
Works in local IEX, and Docker prod mode. Not on Fly.io

The webapp now works on Fly.io by fighting with the Vite config (to setup properly the caching):

• counter is broadcasted to any remote user
• map is shared between users who can set and share departure and arrival city airport independently, and run the flight
• when user goes offline (eg no wifi), the PWA works
• on reconnection, counter state is share and updated
