New node type for the symbols that lead to a parameter.
The "show" command demonstrates setting the help for a partial command. "echo" is just that.
This makes sens to declare help on "intermediate" commands such as "show". Problem was that commands would have an implementation method registered even if no implementation was specified.

Another big rework of completion and help.
Both parameters and subcommands are now being more or less nicely printed both in completion and help.
