There wasn't really enough here for a separate reference doc page, and the reference was hard to find because it was only linked in the Next link at the bottom right. This also removes some duplication and makes some clarifications.

There wasn't really enough here for a separate reference doc page, and the reference was hard to find because it was only linked in the Next link at the bottom right. This also removes some duplication and makes some clarifications.
(The original purpose of this PR was to remove the "Indices and tables" header from the ToC in package.opendylan.org just under the "json" entry. This was due to that header being the same level as the document title, "json". Fixed.)
