Feature request - expand permission options for commerce

Hi there,

Currently in DynamicWeb 10 we can set permissions on many different elements. However, several key permissions for Commerce functionality are missing.

1. Permissions for Orders
   Today, the Orders node under Commerce doesn't have its own permissions but just filters orders based on the catalogs you have access to.
   This is often not sufficient. For example, a product manager would need access to the products under the Italian and French product catalogs, but should not see orders for any (or maybe just one) of the shops under Commerce. Today it's all or nothing but we need more granularity. Bringing back the sub nodes for each shop with separate permissions on each like we had in DW9 would solve this.

2. Additional elements under Commerce need permissions or filters.
   Today, when I have access to Commerce for at least one product catalog, I can see and manage all items under these nodes:

• Discounts
• Vouchers
• Loyalty points
• Gift cards
• Favorite lists

Especially discounts and vouchers are problematic as users of one catalog have no business in seeing discounts from other catalogs, let alone modify them. Having additional permissions (filtered by shop for example like with Orders today where possible) or the ability to control the entire node (so I can decide who has access and who doesn't) would help a lot.
