Question / Feature Request: Language Selector in Mobile Menu (Off-Canvas) – Swift2

We’ve managed to set up a language selector in the desktop header using Swift2, but we’re having trouble getting it to work in the mobile menu with the Off-Canvas navigation.

Is there a way to add the language selector to the mobile menu as well? It’s possible the option already exists and we’re just missing the right configuration.

If it’s currently not supported, we’d love to see this added in a future update. Any guidance would be appreciated!

The preferences are actually available for the offcanvas mobile menu too. You simply create a page of type "Preferences" and ensure it is part of one of the menus shown in the offcanvas. I.e. add the page to the secondary navigation. Here is how it looks in my test setup.

I must have been in between the versions of Swift. Sorry. We are currently working on a new version of the offcanvas menu where the preferences, if any, and the My account will be an integrated part.

Until the new offcanvas menu is out, a solution may be to have the preferences in the mobile header like this;

I do not know if that would fit your design. But I think that is the best option on Swift 2, for now.
