I found that when the action failed to load any package size it would completely skip the "📊 Dependency Size Changes" output silently. This happened reliably when adding `rolldown-vite.
Change makes it so the dependency size change will still continue if it fails on dependencies. It will also output 'Unknown' in the version list.
