Improve mappings for `lodash.*` packages

Currently, all lodash.* packages all link to the same singe lodash page

I think in some cases it would be better to have some of them in micro-utilities or native manifest

Example: lodash.isnil

they haven't been maintained since they existed really. only recently to patch some "vulnerability".

and many of them would be considered micro utilities now
