Meet the anchor Command

Unlike the guided now command, anchor puts you in control. It's perfect for when you need to reconnect with your own, personal pace.

  • Breathe in... The session starts with an inhale.
  • Press SPACE... to gently begin your exhale.
  • Pause and repeat... Press SPACE again for your next breath, whenever you feel ready.
  • Press q to end your session peacefully.

It's a simple, beautiful tool to anchor your attention when you need it most.
